In early January we commenced work on this conversion of commercial premises to 31 apartments and retail space in Epsom, Surrey. Progress is good with the show apartment and sales office nearing completion, many other apartments first fixed and communal areas containment almost complete.

Kieron our Bladeroom representative has been flown to Chicago this week to assist their US branch with the construction of a new data centre.

Works at the Sports Hall of Les Beaucamps High School in Guernsey has been progressing really well and Darren has been awarded star employee on this Project by our Contracts Manager.

Good progress is being made at Bath Spa University on the wiring of the window master system and BMS Controls. The guys are doing very well to keep up the pace during our heat wave.

We are busy at Clifton College during the summer holidays carrying out the refurbishment of the preschool staff changing area and corridor lighting. There is also a lot of inspection, testing and remedial works to be done so the team are at full pace to meet the deadlines set out.
